The 2023 redesign gave the R a higher-compression engine with shorter gearing, sharper geometry with a shorter wheelbase, and IMU-based cornering ABS and traction control for the first time. It also gained a TFT dash while the fuel tank shrank to 15 litres. Remains the more affordable, road-focused sibling of the RS.
